For the grown-ups.

Handing over your child is an act of trust. Here is exactly what happens between drop-off and pickup — and how we keep you in the loop.

A mother and child looking at photos together

You will never wonder how the day went.

Every family gets photo updates through our app by lunchtime, a written diary note at pickup, and a termly learning journal showing exactly how your child is progressing.

  • Live photo updates and nap alerts in the parent app
  • Hot meals cooked on site, menus published weekly
  • All allergies and dietary needs catered as standard
  • Termly parents' evenings plus drop-in chats any day

Full tummies, rested minds.

Our kitchen cooks everything from scratch: porridge and fruit to start, a hot lunch with pudding, and afternoon snacks of vegetables, cheese, and breadsticks. Water and milk all day; birthday cake (nut-free) whenever there is something to celebrate.

Naps happen when children are tired, in dim, calm sleep rooms with individual bedding. Toddlers who have outgrown naps get "quiet time" — audiobooks, puzzles, and a very popular beanbag corner.

Parents ask us…

What if my child cries at drop-off?+

Almost all tears stop within minutes — and we will text you a smiling photo to prove it. If a child is ever truly distressed, we call you straight away. No policies, just people.

How do illnesses and closures work?+

Standard exclusion periods apply (48 hours after sickness bugs). We close only on bank holidays and three training days a year — see the school calendar.

Can grandparents do pickup?+

Anyone you authorise, with your password. Add collectors in the app in seconds, and we check ID the first time we meet them.

Do you support additional needs?+

Yes. Our SENCO works with families from the first concern, and our speech-and-language link worker visits weekly. Every child gets a plan built around them.
